British Maximalist Millinery and Quirky Accessories: 

 In a world that wants us to conform, the mission of Pearls & Swine is to create millinery & accessories you never knew you wanted/saw/dreamed of. 
In fact, is it important to me to create what I, myself, never dreamed.
I NEED to be surprised... i need to be excited... i have ADHD. This means i am a dopamine chaser! Novelty is what motivates me. 

Making what is safe might make me richer but it would never make me happy. I don't draw my accessory or millinery designs because i am very tactile and visual... my process requires trial & effort. I like to be surprised by the end result. When things aren't going to plan my brain enjoys finding a way around a challenge. 

I create for me and hope what i create will resonate with someone out there. Another quirky human who enjoys colour, maximalism, making a statement in their outfit. 
The reason i love accessories is I am a fattie, I have always been a fattie... I couldn't just go to any shop to buy an outfit.. but i COULD always look & buy accessories!

So when my world stopped turning and my life crumbled into a million tiny pieces, i turned to what gave me joy: Accessories!
As I created, while in the darkest dark i have ever known, I guess, I slowly healed... glued back together with glitter, kittens, colour & pop surreal art. Accessories gave me a reason to get up in the morning, i guess i owe it all to accessories.

Pearls & Swine was born out of heartbreak, coupled with unresolved childhood trauma. It became my everything and i guess i am just lucky it continues to feed my dopamine need all these years later!
