A charming blocked felt fascinator hand covered with hand stitched ruched metallic teal and black fabric. Decorated with colourful flowers, blue jewels, mini delicious monster leaves (aka swiss cheese plant leaves) and a wired "veil" which has a hummingbird that moves on the end of it.
This make it look the hummingbird is feeding on the flowers when you wear it. You bring the bird to life by wear it!
The fascinator is lined with polkadot satin and attaches with adjustable black hat elastic and a comb.
