Oopsie is a quirky double dropped ice cream hat, with baby pink and lilac glittered ice cream under wafer cones, adorned with mutli-coloured gem sprinkles, topped with a shiny red cherry, set on an ivory felt base. Lined with black and pink polka dot satin, is very light weight so very comfortable to wear, attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic.
