One of a kind, glittery, rainbow fairy princess octopus hat. Octavia wears a bejewelled crown, she has silver feelers, fairy wings and a silver star wand to make dreams come true! She even has 3D eyelashes and eyeliner on!
The hat base is purple blocked felt and lined with gorgeous animal print satin. This hat attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic. This hat is a bit more heavy so i wouldn't recommend it to anyone with fine hair as you will need to secure into the hair with a comb.
