Sometimes you require a customised hat, bespoke fascinator or headdress with a specific colour or theme in mind. Hunting such an accessory down can be extremely time consuming, and (often) impossible to find.

A Custom Pirate Ship Headdress Bespoke Millinery Commission:
My lovely, US based, customer, Heather, contacted me to commission a unique headdress for a special event. The brief I was given was: purple/black, large, detailed, ship... Something mermaid-ish with matching sunglasses, to complete the look.

The vision I got from this brief was a dark, gothic, witchy "siren of the sea", who has sent a kraken or octopus to attack a pirate ship, a floral sea of purple flowers, purple pearl bead bubbles, and a sprinkle of jewels to catch the light.

Maximalist Statement Sunglasses to Complement:
The oversized, surreal, kraken octopus, tentacle, mermaid-inspired sunglasses were a fun addition to elevate the outfit.
They needed to be dramatic to match the headdress, perfect to wear as a standalone fashion accessory too.

The result is a unique maximalist statement pirate ship headdress, with matching mermaid & octopus tentacle eyewear, that is sure to capture attention and hearts!
