How much is P&P?
All parcels are shipped 1st Class tracked and signed as standard. I aim to ship out promptly but i do ask that you let me know when you require a hat by so i can make sure it will arrive in good time.
I can ship next day delivery but you need to contact me first.
All parcels are shipped International Tracked and Signed (some countries like Australia you can only have tracked OR signed so i choose signed).
*If you want me to ship express outside of the UK you need to contact me in advance. i need to parcel up the hat, take it to the post office, get it weighed and measured then message you the prices/options.
*There is no simple option for this so i can't offer this service on my site as it varies according to the size/weight/speed you need it delivered. I always recommend ordering in good time to avoid this as it can be very expensive.
Ordering and get my order shipped, how does that work?
Your order is shipped 1st Class Signed For via Royal Mail. If you are outside of the UK, your order will be sent International Tracked and Signed via Royal Mail. If you would like your items sent another way (Next day delivery etc), please email me before placing your order. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for your items to arrive if you are outside of the UK.
All hats are shipped in a cardboard box with lots of pretty tissue.
Returns & Exchanges
Pearls & Swine will give a refund or exchange for any items, please contact me first. Postage & packaging costs will only be refunded if item is faulty.
I do not refund or exchange items that have been worn, or altered in any way. In the case of exchanges, depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement item.
If you are returning an item that is not faulty, this must be done within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be fit for re-sale and sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail Signed For or courier, this is for your own security as if it is lost in the mail i will not be able to refund you). Please contact me asap if you would like to return or exchange an item, i am happy to help.
If you have ANY issues with your headpiece at any point beyond the 28 days please do contact me, i am happy to help fix it for free, all i will ask is you pay the shipping costs.
Cancelling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me using the contact form. If your items have been shipped you will have to return the items for a refund.
