Black moulded hat base, with a black cat shaped wire frame, edged in black gems. which is has veiling stretched over it. The veiling is decorated with lace and a black crystal heart nose and whiskers.
The hat is lined with satin underneath and attaches with adjustable hat elastic.
You line this hat up with your face so that the heart nose is where your nose is. It's a quirky one-of-a-kind hat that would be amazing for Ascot and also a very unusual veil that would work well for a masquerade ball if you preferred to not wear a mask on your face all night!
